Aesthetics Lab Australia is committed to providing quality products and reliable customer service.

Due to the nature of the products sold, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or is affected by a verified fulfilment issue.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with resolution, customers may be asked to provide:

  • order number
  • photographs of the package and product
  • a description of the issue

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • replacement product
  • store credit
  • partial or full refund

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality assurance, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • opened products
  • used products
  • products that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery
  • change-of-mind purchases

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

If a parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, we will assist customers in working with the carrier where reasonably possible.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information may incur additional postage costs before re-dispatch.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
