All orders are processed within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once dispatched, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.


Shipping Locations

Aesthetics Lab Australia currently ships exclusively within Australia.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using tracked express postage services where available.

Estimated delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination and carrier network conditions.


Shipping Delays

While every effort is made to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, Aesthetics Lab Australia is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • severe weather events
  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • circumstances outside our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

If a parcel arrives damaged or is believed to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist where reasonably possible.
